PS4 Launch Title Features PC Cross-Compatibility

War Thunder, the World War II MMO from Gaijin Entertainment, is headed to PlayStation 4 at launch, bringing with it cross-platform support. That's right, gamers across both PC and Sony's next-gen console will be able to play together.

Now that gamers will have consoles that aren't vastly inferior to modern gaming PCs there's no reason developers shouldn't aim to create a unified online experience that spans multiple platforms.

What are your feelings towards cross-platform play? Should PC and PS4 gamers be able to play together or do the different control schemes pose a problem? Let us know what you think in the comments below.
